Q: How is the Informa CE different from Web sites offering continuing education credits for healthcare professionals?
A: Informa CE is the only online peer-reviewed journal written exclusively for nurses and other healthcare professionals who care for older adults.
- All articles are written by qualified nurse educators and healthcare professionals
with special expertise in healthcare for older adults
- The educational material is not just a collection of unrelated articles or topics,
but an organized curriculum. We believe that in order to understand the complexity of
care that older adults require, it is important to learn how the body ages normally and
the multidimensional aspects of health-related problems that are common in older
adults.
- Major articles clearly
relate the educational material to your day-to-day work experience.
- Informa CE also provides a support system of news
about the latest research, practical advice and help for caregivers, and links to more
resources.
